Our Services

  • NDIS & Occuptational Therapy

Occupational Therapy services (described as Therapeutic Supports) are paid for out of the Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living budget of a NDIS plan. We can assist you with independent living skills, functional capacity assessments (pre NDIS, at the time of plan review, or to improve an existing package), and to improve your quality of life.

  • Sensory Profiling & Modulation

Sensory modulation is an evidence based tool that supports trauma informed approaches to assist the reduction of restrictive practice, emotional dys-regulated states. It also involves supporting and guiding people in using their senses such as sight, sounds, smells, touch, taste, movement to self manage and change emotional state.

  • Cognitive Assessments

Cognitive assessments are used to determine an individual's general thinking, reasoning abilities, and functional abilities. Reasons for a Cognitive assessment can include: support for a Guardianship application or support an NDIS application. There are a number of reasons to complete a Cognitive Assessment. Please contact me to discuss this option further.

  • External Supervision

Occupational Therapy in Mental Health or related fields can benefit significantly from professional supervision, which provides support, guidance, and opportunities for skill development. For more information on how professional supervision can enhance practice, please reach out to discuss this option further.

  • Activity Scheduling

Activity scheduling in occupational therapy involves planning and organising daily activities to enhance structure, routine, and overall well-being. By assessing individual needs and preferences, therapists help clients establish a balanced schedule that includes self-care, work, leisure, and therapeutic activities.
